Apart from all the egregious popping noises which are very annoying for some people who are neurodiverse, this is very helpful.
Excellent video, but I found it hard to hear your voice female host as very softly spoken and quiet

Is THIS video captioned? Does it have descriptive audio?
Hi Denny - apologies for the delay responding. Yes, captions should be on by default, and there is a transcript - both a full transcript with visual descriptions, and a transcript of the speech alone. The audio is the core content Transcripts are available at the following link www.citizensonline.org.uk/accessibility-tips/

Digital technology needs to be open to everybody. It is not something to be applied in the future but today.
Is communication technology the only field which needs innovation, what about other fields? We are plagued with problems like food crisis, non curable diseases, climate change. ruclips.net/video/SBLpt-vQs8s/видео.html
Hi, could you include a transcript with this video please? The transcript is needed for screen readers. Thanks,
Hey, apologies for the delay - transcripts have always been available for this video on the accompanying webpage: www.citizensonline.org.uk/accessibilitytips/. There is a full transcript including visual descriptions at: www.citizensonline.org.uk/full-transcript-a11y-video/, and a text-only transcript at: www.citizensonline.org.uk/speech-only-transcript-a11y-video/. There is also an expanded transcript with references on the main page. Hope that helps and apologies again for the slow reply
Hi, there is a transcript on our website, as mentioned in the description: www.citizensonline.org.uk/accessibilitytips (I'm afraid that our website is briefly down at the moment, but the transcript will be up as soon as the whole website is - before the end of the month)
The guitar music is too loud to hear the voice. It is the auditory equivalent of text on a busy background.
Apologies - we believed we used advice about the decibel difference between background music and voice - but will look into uploading a version without music to solve this problem.
Beautiful! It introduces all the important points in a brief but very clear way.
Thanks!
60%, where did you get this number? Most numbers I see are closer to 20% ...
+Nate Scarritt That figure comes from research for Microsoft (word document available for download) conducted by Forrester Research - the citation and other references and links are available on our accompanying page: www.citizensonline.org.uk/accessibilitytips/.
+Fix the Web thank you! I've seen a few videos saying that's the rate of people who claim being disabled, at least in the States
Nate Scarritt yes, in the UK he estimate for disabled people is about 15% of the population - the larger number is essentially about milder impairments - visual, dexterity, or hearing - often associated with aging.
+Fix the Web cheers!
+Nate Scarritt W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative has recently produced a set of videos that explain how accessibility improvements help a wider audience than disabled people as well - worth watching! ruclips.net/video/iWO5N3n1DXU/видео.html
